VHS-to-DVD Transfers

Your VHS tapes won't last forever, and that means your treasured family memories could be lost.  VHS tapes frequently break just after three years of use, how old are your tapes?  There are more reasons why you should upgrade your videos to DVD

  1. The tape inside a VHS cassette wears over time, DVD's last for decades
  2. VHS cassettes have mechanical parts that can wear out
  3. VCR's are getting harder to come by, what happens when yours breaks?
  4. Its easier to share your footage on a DVD than on a VHS cassette.
  5. Its easier (and less cluttering) to store a few DVD's than a pile of VHS tapes.
  6. VCR's have a horrible habit of eating tapes once in a while.

For even more information on the decline of VHS, visit the VHS Wikipedia page.  In addition to putting your footage on DVD, we fully customize the menus of the DVD for you, using images from your footage to give your DVD a professional and personal look that your family will be able to enjoy for years to come.  Use the contact us form for more information on this service, or to tell us about a project you'd like to do.  If you are in the Utica area we will come pick up your tapes, it can be sent over night to us otherwise (make sure you get a tracking number!).

This service is for VHS you created yourself only, or have the rights to distribute.  We cannot copy movies you recorded onto VHS onto DVD or any other copyrighted works.
